How the tiers work

VIP status is earned automatically through real-money play and is reviewed regularly. Each of the seven tiers unlocks progressively better rewards, including monthly cashback, faster payouts and higher limits. Your manager will confirm the exact benefits as you progress.

Cashback & rewards

VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited monthly. Cashback is paid as cash with no wagering. Bespoke reload offers and event invitations are issued at Magic Red’s discretion based on your tier.
