These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Magic Red and any related services, content and features (the "Service"). By accessing, registering with or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with any other policies referred to in them. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility and acceptable use

You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or such higher age as required in your jurisdiction, and that you are legally permitted to use the Service under the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Service is lawful in your location, and we accept no responsibility for use that is prohibited or restricted where you are. You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal and non commercial purposes, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt the Service or use it in any way that could harm us or any other person.

2. Service provided "as is"

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties, representations or guarantees of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. 3. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Magic Red, its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary, including without limitation any loss of funds, deposits, winnings, profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Service, any errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, defects, downtime, suspension or termination, any reliance on content, or any conduct of any third party, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

4. Your account and responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not authorised by you. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all decisions you make in connection with the Service, for managing your own play, and for any taxes that may apply to you. We are not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account or from your failure to keep your details secure.

5. Bonuses, promotions and gameplay

Any bonuses, promotions, offers and related features are subject to their own specific terms, which apply in addition to these Terms. Where there is any conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail for that promotion. We may add, amend, suspend or withdraw any game, feature, bonus or promotion at any time, and may void bets, transactions or winnings that result from error, malfunction, irregular play, fraud, collusion or any breach of these Terms.

6. Our rights

We may, at our sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice or liability, suspend, restrict, modify or close any account, refuse, reverse or withhold any transaction, deposit, bet or payout, and amend, suspend or discontinue all or any part of the Service. 7. Intellectual property

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Magic Red and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time at our discretion. Any changes take effect when published, and your continued use of the Service after that point constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not accept any change, you must stop using the Service.

11. General

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with the policies referred to in them, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that location.
